Lynn Choa: Bridging Corporate Leadership with Sustainability Education
Lynn Choa is a strategic operations leader turned sustainability educator, with over 20 years of experience across global technology, oil & gas, and financial services organizations. Having led complex, multi-market operations at Microsoft, Shell, Caterpillar, and Infosys BPM, she brings a combination of corporate depth, systems thinking, and people-centered transformation into her work as an educator.
Her journey reflects a dual commitment: advancing sustainable business practices while empowering people with the clarity, confidence, and perspective needed to navigate change. Today, Lynn channels her corporate leadership experience into sustainability and ESG education, climate literacy facilitation, and community mentorship — supporting learners, professionals, and organisations as they move toward more responsible, resilient, and value-aligned futures.
A Certified Advanced Sustainability Practitioner (Chartered Management Institute) and ESG educator and consultant with Nu Quest Management, Lynn also volunteers as a Climate Fresk facilitator, promoting systems thinking and climate literacy through experiential, gamified learning.

Sustainability Education with Practical Depth
Lynn’s transition into sustainability was guided by a belief that long-term business performance is strongest when responsibility, awareness, and execution are aligned. As an ESG educator, she supports learners in understanding climate systems, sustainable strategy, and the longer-term implications of policy, reporting standards, and circular economy models.
Her workshops integrate storytelling, reflection, operational examples, and experiential learning — translating complex sustainability concepts into accessible, grounded insights that learners can apply meaningfully in both professional and personal contexts.

Community Impact, Mentorship & Leadership Philosophy
Beyond formal learning spaces, Lynn remains actively engaged in community and professional development initiatives, including:
- Climate Fresk volunteer facilitation, supporting climate literacy in community and educational settings
- Mentorship and coaching for early-career professionals navigating corporate and career transitions
Her approach to service is anchored in a simple belief: sustainable change begins with people. She advocates for learning experiences that build confidence, expand perspective, and enable individuals to grow with resilience, authenticity, and purpose.
As she reflects:
“Meaningful learning happens when people feel seen, safe, and inspired. Training isn’t just about delivering content — it’s about creating space for reflection, connection, and discovery.”

Her Perspective on Learning & Transformation
Lynn views transformation — whether personal, organisational, or systemic — is grounded in four guiding principles:
1. Bridging vision with practical execution
2. Systems thinking and long-term awareness
3. Empowerment through mentorship and facilitation
4. Continuous learning as an ongoing practice
Closing Note
Lynn’s educator identity sits at the intersection of corporate leadership, sustainability practice, and a deep commitment to human-centred learning. Whether working with senior leaders, emerging professionals, or learners at the start of their sustainability journey, she brings clarity, presence, and purposeful guidance to every learning engagement.
